Arrive Friday. Settle in. Rehearse, gather, and wake up right where your celebration begins. With the Lodge close by and the Alderwood Event Center ready for your vision, your wedding has room to unfold.
Our standard outdoor event capacity is up to 300 guests. Planning a larger celebration? We have options for tented events on the grounds. Contact us to discuss your guest count, layout, and rental needs. Plan on approximately 200 for a seated reception with a head table inside the Event Center, with seating up to 225 depending on layout.
The 3,000-square-foot guest Lodge sleeps 14. During our May 15–October 15 glamping season, ask about adding cottages for more overnight guests. We’ll help you explore the combination that fits your people.
Full wedding celebrations are weekend experiences. Planning something smaller? Ask about an intimate elopement and overnight stay, or a celebration in the Event Center with the spaces and time you need.

Bring your family or friends together in the Lodge, with 3,000 square feet of guest space and beds for 14. Cook together in the kitchen, settle in for a movie in the theater, or enjoy the game area and covered patio. It’s room to spread out, with places to come back together.
For a smaller escape, plan a stay in the Glamping Village. Our cottage season runs May 15–October 15. Book a cottage for your own getaway, or ask about reserving the Village for a group stay.
Spend your days exploring our 40 acres, enjoying catch-and-release fishing at the pond, or heading out to discover Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Come for a family vacation, a golf trip, a retreat, or simply a little breathing room.

Elopements & intimate weddings
A smaller guest list. A meaningful celebration. A night to stay close. Just Us & Our Closest starts at $1,500 for a small wedding and one Lodge night.
Non-wedding Event Center gatherings
Birthdays, showers, meetings, reunions, and celebrations of life for up to 150 guests, with tables and benches included. Choose five hours for $550, ten hours for $950, or a full day and one Lodge night for $1,350. These packages do not permit wedding ceremonies, receptions, or elopements.
